We urgently need a Senior UX Designer to help drive change.

Responsibilities include

• Work as part of multi-disciplinary agile delivery teams to deliver excellent new products
• Develop an expert understanding of the users' needs by gathering user insights and testing
• Build user journeys, prototypes & wireframes that communicate your ideas to the team
• Helping to mentor more junior UX designers on the team

Skills required

• Be comfortable building relationships with the team and people at all levels of the organisation, including high level management and working with them to develop digital solutions that meets the user needs.
• Question existing solutions and processes and assess requests, working with the service to find a balance between user and service needs.
• Present projects and explain design decision to non-technical audiences.
• Enthusiasm for working in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
• Skilled at appropriately challenging the accepted way of doing things, eliciting innovative solutions.
