Lead Salesforce Administrator | Los Angeles, California | $100K-$115K | Bonus, SF Certifications, Remote Salary: $110,000 - $115,000 Annual + Full Benefits, BonusLocation: USA, Los Angeles, CaliforniaTechnology: Salesforce.comJob Type: Permanent An industry leading end user is adding an experienced Salesforce Administrator to their team. This position will work closely with a SFDC Developer and JR SFDC analysts to tackle projects, while also interfacing directly with business leaders to gather requirements and map solutions.The Salesforce Administrator position requires a candidate with strong business acumen and the talent to be part of a team supporting user groups and business improvement initiatives for an enterprise level CRM system.Responsibilities: Management of enterprise-wide system and data (customer related objects, products, users, workflows, validation rules etc.)Administer Salesforce.com; this includes working within current processes to maintain: users, roles, security, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, customizations, report and dashboard development, data management, and support for AppExchange applications.Deliver scalable, high quality Salesforce services in support of the business goalsConduct analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing and implementation of enterprise-wide system(s) across functional areasWork alongside SF Developers and Jr. SF resources to complete enhancements, customizations and maintenance of SFDCResearch and assess solution approaches to business needs, inclusive of AppExchange or vendor applicationsDevelop test plans and protocols for evaluation of system performanceDevelop procedures, training and system documentation for Salesforce usersRecommend changes in development, maintenance and system standardsSupport applications and plug-ins to Salesforce including, but not limited to, CPQ (Configure Price Quote)Lead internal/external projects by specific request of business partnersProvide excellent customer service to Salesforce usersRequirements: 3+ years' experience administering and/or working in Salesforce1+ year in a role leading/mentoring or managing SF resourcesExpert abilities in SFDC best practice/SFDC declarative workAbility to communicate effectively and frequently with SF DevelopersEffective communication skills with a demonstrated ability to adapt communication to technical and non-technical audiencesAdept at problem solving, creative thinking and decision makingAbility to work independently to meet tasks and assignments with minimal supervisionSF partner vendor management/consulting expertise highly preferredSalesforce Data Loader and declarative development experience preferredUnderstanding of the Sales and Marketing processes desired (Forecast/Pipeline, Campaigns, Lead generation)Excellent written and verbal communication using the English languageExcellent Interpersonal SkillsExcellent Business AcumenExcellent Analytical SkillsExcellent Presentation Skills CONTACT:Lauren at Phone: 949- 688- 2207 Email: [email protected]: www.masonfrank.comMason Frank International is the global leader for Salesforce.com recruitment and advertising.
