My client a large property & casualty insurance company, is currently looking to add on a Dynamics CRM Sr. Developer/Technical Lead for a 6 month full-time contract, with other staff augmentation/project-based needs down the line after the initial contract. They recently have decided to begin their Digital Transformation project across the entire business and are currently on a heavily customized version of MS Dynamics CRM 2015 On-premise.After performing some internal analysis, they have decided to scrap their current solution and implement a fresh instance of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement v9 Online in an effort to recreate most of the customizations/functionality in their older solution. They are looking for someone who can come in and develop custom workflows, business rules, and plugins - as well as consult on where Out-of-the-box solutions - using Power Apps, Power Automate (MS Flows), etc- can be used instead of custom code. Beyond that there will be a hefty integration with their current ERP using Scribe. This contract is a 6 month project and the contractor will only have to be a few days per week every other week and this is non-negotiable. The entire business is back on-site and they ideally are looking for someone who can be there to lead the technical work as well as be able to work face-to-face with product owners, c-level executives, and users.Must Have Skills: Experience with Dynamics 365 CE & Power platform (D365v9.1 Online - experience with all three core modules in CRM: D365 for Sales, for Marketing, and for Customer Service, is a huge plus.Must have lead the design and development of Dynamics CRM end-to-end implementationsExpertise in design and hands-on development of Dynamics CRM solutionsWell versed with different versions of .NET Framework, WCF, C# programming, Dynamics CRM SDK, Mobile Express, SQL ServerExpertise in design and deployment of Dynamics CRM/D365 solutions on hand-held devices (Mobiles/iPAD/Tablets)Must have working experience developing custom applications using Power Apps (Flows, etc)Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable in leasing with stakeholders independentlyStrong background with .NET / C# architecture & development, ability to write plug-ins from scratch as well as recommend where out-of-the-box solutions can be used in Dynamics 365 insetad of custom code is a MAJOR plusExperience with Scribe or SSIS, as well as hands-on experience with Microsoft's Dataverse ("CDS")If you are local to the Liberty, SC area or willing to travel there regularly, see below on how to apply

Nice to Have:

-Insurance end user experience would be nice but not a "must have"

-Any ERP integration experience

-Hands-on experience with Power BI in a client/project setting- if you have experience creating sales dashboards in Power BI and integrating them with Dynamics CRM, that is a major plus
