There is now an excellent opportunity for highly motivated individuals to join an ambitious commercial consultancy with a great company culture, as a senior project manager with the opportunity for progression, as well as role related training opportunities.

Our client is based in London, and specializes in the refurbishment of projects primarily within the healthcare and commercial sectors. Through their work with an abundance of governmental healthcare departments and varied private sector clients, and flagship schemes, they are now looking to enhance their renowned services by introducing an experienced senior project manager to the team.

In this role, you will be able lead by example and take full responsibility and leadership of designated projects, and incorporate your expertise to align to the overall objectives of the business. You will also be the main source of mentoring and training of junior staff with active contribution to their development and growth. You will be able to accurately interpret programs, whilst also maintaining solid organizational skills when sourcing, budgeting and planning project release.

Additionally, you will be required to effectively exercise appropriate verification techniques to keep up with changes to the project scope. In doing so, you will actively be able to project these changes onto regular progress reports, whilst taking the required actions to improve financial and commercial returns.
