Technical Business Analysts - Nigel Frank are working with a tech company operating in the financial services market, providing industry-defining solutions for their investor - they operate across both the UK and America, with 4 offices in these locations. We're looking for talented and enthusiastic business analysts to join their team as they begin a process of rapid growth. This role is for a technical Business Analyst and will be joining their Product Development team to help support client delivery & projects. The role will therefore involve working with both internal operations teams as well as development teams to help deliver their new product features. My client are offering a fantastic opportunity to join part of a highly collaborative team, who can provide extensive training and development. This involves both technical and leadership training for all their Business Analysts, which you will receive in your first few weeks of joining them. This is a great opportunity to further your skill-set, as they love helping all their employees propel their career forward. With offices based in Birmingham, they are operating on a hybrid model and therefore you must be commutable - they are a very flexible employer so this can be anywhere between 1 - 3 days in the office a week, depending on the candidate's location and suitability.
