Front End Developer London to £100k

Front End Developer / UI Engineer (JavaScript HTML5 CSS3) *Hybrid WfH*. Are you a creative Front End Developer with strong Vanilla JavaScript skills?

You could be progressing your career in a senior role at a City based trading firm; working on complex and interesting trading systems.

As a Front End Developer you will take a lead role within an Agile team creating new features on a highly feature rich HTML5 / JavaScript / CSS real time trading platform front end. There's a range of projects including migrating to the Cloud (AWS). You'll work closely with the Design Team to review and feedback on designs as well as the Java Team to integrate with the backend trading systems.

You'll join colleagues in an informal atmosphere in the City with a good work / life balance, casual dress code, bright, spacious offices and a peaceful work environment with continued flexibility to work from home for 2 days a week.

Requirements:

You have strong Vanilla JavaScript skills and a good knowledge of associated frameworks, primarily modern Angular and React

You have strong HTML5 and CSS3 skills

You have a good understanding of software development, architecture and design principles

You enjoy problem solving and are not afraid to make mistakes and start again

You believe in well tested, quality code - Unit testing / TDD experience

You're collaborative and pragmatic, happy to mentor and share ideas / knowledge
