We are growing the advisory team within data & digitalisation - and looking for you who want to help make a difference to organisations on their digital transformation journey!You will be part of a dedicated team tackling complex challenges which require you to stay up to date with advacnes, and provide informed advice to customers You will be tasked with bridging the gap between business and technology - encompassing the areas where strategy meets business development, processes, and technologyThe advisory team serves a range of public and private sector companies - from start-ups and scale-ups, to larger organisationsYou will have the freedom to define your own role based on your experience and interestsPerhaps you come from a technical background and want to progress into a more business-orientated role where you can share your expertise with non-technical and technical stakeholders alikeOr perhaps you have a strong background in business or management consulting, with an interest in digitalisation and data Some of your roles and responsibilities can include:Speaking with customers to understand their requirements, define their needs, and identify opportunities for digitalisationAdvise customers on various solutions for optimisation Formulating strategy and defining processesCollaborating with technical and non-technical teams across the business to ensure delivery of solutions We are looking for you to bring some of the following skills and experiences:Strong academic background with higher education an IT or business related subject Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholdersA strong business understanding to gather requirements and formulate suggestions Good knowledge of digitalisation or data-driven processes, and the impact these can have on organisations A natural creativity and curiosity to explore solutions Commitment to delivering positive changes for the customer - no matter how complex the challenge!In return, you can expect to be part of a workplace built on a collaborative culture between colleagues, customers, and partners There is great flexibility for you to grow your career in the direction you choose, whether you wish to enhance your technical knowledge through hands-on experience and certifications, or broaden your business-knowledge with projects in varying domains You will have an allocated mentor to help you achieve your professional goals, and ensure your projects are suited to your experience and interests Outside of work, there are opportunities to get to know your colleagues better through national meet-ups, games evenings, sporting events, and cabin trips!For any questions, contact Lucy on [email protected]
