Jefferson Frank is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior React Developer to work with one of our fin-tech client, to help develop products and solutions. Working alongside a passionate and creative development team in a rapidly growing start-up; you'll be tasked to work on a wide variety of projects, from developing new features for existing products, to helping create custom solutions for our clients.Our client is looking for someone with the seniority and experience to resolve complex issues, guide other developers, take part in planning upcoming features, and ensure that our applications are kept up to date with ever evolving modern standards and best practices.

Job Role & Responsibilities

Develop new user-facing features related to productsBuild reusable code, components and libraries for future useWrite clean, sustainable, easy to read code.Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designsCollaborate with other team members and stakeholders, making it possible to quickly jump between projects and responsibilitiesReport to team lead with issues and any risks identifiedGet feedback from, and build solutions for, users and customersHelp back-end developers with coding and troubleshootingEnsure high quality graphic standards and brand consistencyStay up-to-date on emerging technologiesReview Pull Requests related to our project

Required Skills & Experience

Proven work experience as a React Developer5+ years of JavaScript/TypeScript development experience, with at least 3 of them being hands-on with ReactJS, React Native, TailwindCSS, ElectronParallel knowledge of other frameworks is considered a bonusBasic understanding of dapps and web3 and how to use it in a frontend application stackUnderstanding of the entire development process (design, development and deployment, Q&A)Understanding of layout aestheticsAn ability to perform well in a fast-paced environmentUnderstanding of code versioning tools - GitExcellent written English and communication skills React Native | Tailwind CSS | Senior React Developer | Outside IR35 | RemoteIf you like the sound of the role or know someone who would, regardless of experience, please don't hesitate to get in touch with me!
