One of our clients are looking for an experienced MI Lead to join them on a contract basis.

SC clearance required

Inside IR35

Until the end of March 23 initially

Remote with adhoc travel to Corsham/Bristol/London

The Reporting and MI Lead role will lead the reporting and MI function within the programme Office which is strategically important and involve key stakeholder engagement.

Activities:

1.Management of all programme, theme and project level reporting requirements.

*Reporting drumbeat

*Information to support relevant project/ theme & programme boards/ forums

*Resources to support PMs and team in producing quality reports

2.Management of change control process

*Change control log

*Collation and suitable storage of documentation and evidence to support individual change requests

*Communication and promotion of process amongst all Stakeholders

*Supporting documentation and guidance on process

3.Management of Learning for Experience process

*LfE log collating lessons applicable at a Programme level

*Documents and sessions to support communication and promotion of process amongst all Stakeholders

*Regular feedback sessions with Programme team

4.Management of onboarding/ offboarding process

*Onboarding/ offboarding tracker

*Actively managed resource list

Skills - Essential

*Good understanding of project management.

*Reasonable understanding of PMO function

*Thorough understanding of MI - structure and tailor quality reports and produce data/information to right audience at the right time

*Good management skills with aptitude to develop good leadership skill

*Willingness to be flexible to support emerging client requirements within PMO

*Strong stakeholder management skills

*Confident communication skills - ability to engage with client/ client teams without supervision

*Workshop facilitation

*Advanced Excel skills - VBA not mandatory, but ability to create structured tables and use common formula/ perform basic functions

*Working level knowledge of PowerBI

*Data management, cleansing & analysis
