Due to their success and increased workload, they are looking for a Site Manager with experience in Office fit out. Ideally the candidate will be able to meet higher demands and take them to the next stages of success. The Role:Assisting the mechanical project managerAssisting with day to day management of sub contract trades to meet the programme requirementsCoordination of deliveries and responsibility for distribution of materials.Responsibility of day to day H&S management of sub contract trades, obtaining relevant daily permits and recording ofReporting to Project ManagerMust have CSCS & SSSTS or SMSTSMust have experience in this roleFamiliarisation and relevant trade industry experience with all aspects of mechanical services, including LTHW, Gas, Water & Drainage pipework, Ventilation, plumbing & BMS controlsChecking quality of all HVAC & Mech tradesEnsure operatives obtain permits and working as site rules

The Person:Construction experience6 Month contract3 + years in Site managementCommercial, HVAC & Mechanical experienceAvailable for a start at the beginning of June
