Are you an IT Manager, who would like to work for an award-winning boutique Hotelier with locations in Hampshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon, Kent, Cornwall, and Sussex?

Due to significant growth within the group, this is a newly created position, for an IT Manager to provide expertise and knowledge to develop, upgrade and maintain all aspects of IT and technology. As the Group IT Manager, you will ensure that the Company infrastructure, and IT Systems, is fit for purpose, secure, and efficient. You will be responsible for the tech ecosystem for the group including our PMS, POS, TV system, accounting, CRM, and people management systems. Working with third party technology partners to ensure maximum output of current systems plus developing new systems which will push boundaries.

As this is a new role within the group you will need to establish this function and its links to other departments, ensuring compliance with legislation in all your areas of expertise.

Skills / Environment (not all essential)

*Significant, demonstrable level of relevant experience in a similar role.

*Experience working within a Windows environment, Office365

*Proven history in an IT based role and networking experience with TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.

*Experience of working in hospitality or similar industries would be advantageous.

*Ideally you will have some Project Management qualifications (PPM, Agile, PMI etc.).

*Any exposure to SAGE and CRM systems

As the successful Group IT Manager, you will be involved in budget planning for IT related capex and operational costs, as well as evaluate current IT systems making recommendations regarding technology/asset life cycles. You will lead successful IT and Infrastructure projects including full set up and installation in new openings, to ensure all sites are properly equipped in terms of PCs, hardware, servers, etc.

Salary: up to 65K
