Now due to increasing workload they are looking for a Project Manager with a residential background and interest in bespoke construction, to join the team. In this role you will be based on a few sites from Truro to Penzance with the office based near Truro working on single dwelling projects for private clients valued up to £1mil. You will be responsible for organising and managing sites and subcontractors, meeting with clients, working with architects, and ensuring projects are running to time, budget, quality and programme. As a small company you will be working closely with the Director and have the opportunity to not only grow with the company but be able to help mould the future of the business.
