Junior Information Analyst -

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Information Analyst to come work with a Private Healthcare Company who specialise in mental health, neurological and learning disability services.

You will join a highly skilled team and work alongside two other Junior and Senior analysts within their MI team. This role is perfect for anyone looking for a stepping stone to progress their career and improve their SQL and Power BI skills even further.

This is a FTC for up to 14 months in order to cover a member of the team who is on Maternity leave - however, for the right candidate who fits well within the team/company culture, demonstrates their drive to succeed and their hard-working attitude, there is the potential for this role to become permanent at the end of the 14 months, within either their MI, Development or IT teams.

My client are just about to embark on some really exciting projects so now is a great time to get involved - you'll gain experience in end-to-end project work as well as being trained up with Power BI by your team.

We're keen to speak to anyone with practical/commercial experience with SQL and SSRS - with a minimum of 1 year experience as you will need to demonstrate your practical SQL ability during the interview process.

Their head office is based in Hertfordshire but this is a fully remote role and applicants may be from anywhere within the UK (however my client unfortunately can not offer sponsorship).

Role and Responsibilities -

• To help develop and administrate their Power BI Analytic Platform with guidance
• Overseeing the production of all reporting and monitoring tools
• Help drive improved decision making through the use of reporting tools

Skill-set Required -

• Practical experience with SQL and SSRS is essential (minimum 1 year)
• Any experience with BI reporting tools would be beneficial - preferably Power BI, but also open to Tableau, Google Analytics or similar
• Experience working with SSMS is desirable
• Advanced Excel knowledge is desirable

Salary and Benefits -

• This role is paying between £28,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)
