Project Manager London / WfH to £80k

Project Manager (Agile) *Hybrid WfH*. Are you a tech savvy Project Manager with strong Agile experience? You could be joining a highly successful financial software house whose award winning software enables customers to build high-performance web trading apps that deliver real-time information securely and reliably.

As a Project Manager you will join a small and dynamic team of Project Managers using Agile delivery methodologies to coordinate various client projects. You will be supporting and helping the other Project Mangers with responsibilities such as; managing cross-product deliveries internally and to customers, organising requirements into a backlog and a set of releases, managing expectations of all stakeholders, setting up an agile delivery model to deliver projects and acting as an Agile coach to the teams. You'll be liaising with internal software development teams as well as clients, facilitating communication and the smooth delivery of software products.

Following a remote interview you'll join colleagues in the London office 1-2 days a week with flexibility to work from home the rest of the week. Requirements:

You have strong Agile project management experience (Scrum XP, Kanban, Lean) coupled with an understanding of Waterfall

You have experience in small to medium sized FinTech (or similar) where you've had a broad scope of responsibilities

You have a track record of delivering front-office trading projects in Financial Markets / Investment Banking with FX domain knowledge and experience of front to back office stack for complex FX web trading systems

You have business and requirements analysis experience

You have effective time management skills, ability to manage multiple work streams concurrently and manage deadlines

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills

You're likely to be degree educated
