Database Administrator - Croydon/Remote - PostgreSQL/AWS Cloud/Oracle

TrinIT Talent are looking for a Database Administrator to join our customers team based in Croydon/Remote. This is a permanent position paying up to £85,000 per annum depending on experience.

Key skills:-

AWS cloud computing best practices for scalable, distributed systems

MPP database platforms design, build and operation (eg Amazon Redshift)

OLTP database platforms design, build and operation (eg Amazon Aurora, RDS)

NoSQL/Non-Relational database platforms (eg Amazon DynamoDB)

Designing and implementing High Availability and Disaster Recovery

Maintaining and monitoring the database platforms

Performance tuning: indexing, partitioning & load balancing

Deployment via CI/CD automation and configuration management

Database modelling and data architectures
