Lead Software Developer Slough to £95k

You could be a joining a global SaaS company that provides ERP software solutions that strive to improve business efficiencies. 

As a Lead Software Developer, you will head up an Agile development team of 5 whilst working throughout the full development lifecycle to design and develop distributed, enterprise-scale systems that enable businesses to automate mission-critical financial processes. You will define, design, and implement new functionality for software solutions utilising modern technologies including Java 11 and Docker. This role will involve a mixture of hands-on development and people management including conducting one to ones, performance reviews, mentoring, and training.

The company is based in Slough however, there will be a lot of remote working flexibility.

Requirements:

You have previous experience as a Software Developer with good Java 8+ programming skills

You have previous experience leading / mentoring a small engineering team

You have good knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals such as OOP, Data Structures, Design Patterns

You ideally have experience using Docker

You are fluent in English

You have excellent communication and collaboration skills

As a Lead Software Developer you can expect to earn a competitive salary (up to £95k) plus 10% bonus and benefits.
