Acquisition Surveyor (ANY LEVEL)

This is an excellent opportunity to join an ambitious business, in an Acquisition Surveyor role working on high profile projects rolling out mobile telecommunication infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role within a Telecoms environment, be comfortable building effective relationships with key stakeholders, and be accustomed with working with planning, design, and construction teams.

The Role:

*Prepare reports on suitable sites for clients.

*Co-ordinate and attend Multi-Site visits with internal/external stakeholders.

*Provide professional acquisition advice to internal/external stakeholders.

*Negotiate property rights on new and existing agreements.

*Hybrid role, work split dependent on candidate requirements.

*GRADUATE SCHEME AVAILABLE DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE.

The Person:

*Degree qualified in estate management, land surveying, or a related discipline.

*Comfortable building relationships with stakeholders.

*Invested in personal, continuous improvement.
