Head of Performance

am currently recruiting for a Head of Performance role to work for an NHS Client in Yorkshire. The role starts off 2-3 months, Inside IR35, Yorkshire, 2-3 days in site, flexible day rate. Ideally to start ASAP Please find below skills and experience required: Competent and skilled with line management, keeping team and holding them together- good knowledge of mental health. Understanding digital tech background, Business and performance understanding, person to work with execs and connect the team and manage team Good with data and can present- interpret data Production of the quality and report Experience in mental health and understanding of performance on mental health - able to step up- mental health- -Support each other Essential

• Expert knowledge of national performance standards
• An understanding of healthcare performance management processes and key national healthcare issues. Previous experience of managing performance in a NHS setting
• Ability to prepare and produce concise yet insightful communications for dissemination to senior stakeholders and a broad range of stakeholders as required
• Expertise in analysing and trending large datasets. Identifying and predicting areas poor performance.
• Ability to analyse very complex issues where source data and material is conflicting and drawn from multiple sources.
• Ability to concentrate on data analysis for prolonged periods of time.
• Demonstrates high level of IT and computer literacy
• Ability to influence and persuade others, tailoring communication style to the audience
• Demonstrated capability to act upon incomplete information, using experience to make inferences and decision making
• Experience of setting up and implementing internal processes and procedures
• Experience of policy development
• Demonstrated capability to plan over short, medium and long-term timeframes and adjust plans and resource requirements accordingly
