Service Desk Analyst

£19,980K - rising to £23,760K (after probation)

Established over 20 years ago, my client is a close-knit business that specialises in offering cutting edge telecoms solutions combined with award winning 24/7 customer service. Merging into new technologies including cloud, this is a business that are focused on quality rather that quantity, they are renowned for their excellent technical services and friendly approach.

You will provide varied support to a wide range of businesses and organisations. Working on site you will work on; LAN/WAN, Cisco, Juniper, Router configuration, CRM systems and work towards your LINX qualification.

This is a great role for a friendly, customer service and IT driven individual to emerge themselves into the 1st line support world, looking for gradual career progression into 2nd and eventually 3rd line whilst in a friendly, flexible and long term career environment.

The role:

* On site position

* Providing 1st line support

* Gradual progression into 2nd Line Support and 3rd line

* Exposure to the latest technologies

The person:

* Customer support experience / service desk experience desired

* Knowledge/experience of configuring routers

* Experience working on WANs/LANs

* Ideally some network knowledge

* Interested in gradually progressing into 2nd and 3rd line support
