I am currently working with a HE provider to support them with recruiting for an Interim Executive Assistant to support their Pro Vice Chancellor.

Start Date: ASAP

Length of contract: 4 months+ likely to extend

Rate: £200 - £300+ a day - Depending on experience

Location: Hybrid working, Midlands area

Responsibilities:Take responsibility for diary management.Organise and maintain filing systems of confidential and non-confidential materialResponsible for administrative and personal assistant support service.Act as a first point of contact for all communication and personal contacts.Provide and support with the management of emails and all adminUndertake minute taking, preparation and distribution of agendas and follow up on all actionsNeeds someone who is proactive, who will look at things and offer suggestionsAre you currently available for work and have the experience required for the role?
