We have been providing Managed IT support, Cyber Security and communications in the South East since 2005 and have grown steadily over that time. We have a family culture, work hard and have fun whilst doing so - no two days are the same.

The number one goal of everyone in the team is to make our Clients exceptionally happy. As a 3rd line Technician you play an important role in making sure that happens. You will handle escalated support requests, complex tickets and project work. You will be the type of person that can find a resolution to any IT problem, scope out project work and keep the Client informed, with empathy, every step of the way. Part of your role will be to teach and mentor your colleagues so they can learn and progress.

You will be working 40 hrs per week, between either 8:00am and 5:00pm or 9:00am and 6:00pm with 1 hour for lunch.

Desired Skills

- 4 years' experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) / IT Support Business in a senior role

- A deep desire to deliver an amazing Client Experience

- Experience of scoping and delivering projects

- Great Communications skills, founded in being a good listener

- Advanced understanding of operating systems, business applications, printing systems and network systems

- Advanced diagnosis skills of technical issues related of end-user hardware & software and network devices

- Advanced experience and knowledge of working with the Microsoft 365 Platform

- Experience configuring and supporting VoIP phone systems

- Working knowledge of Azure, Azure AD and Azure security

- Strong networking skills; LAN, VLAN, WAN, WLAN

- Experienced in Hyper-V configuration and troubleshooting

- Full UK Driving license

Nice to have

- Experience using a Ticketing system / RMM Tool and PSA software

- Experience providing support via remote tools

- Experience handling Technical Service Tickets

- Professional IT Certifications such as Microsoft MCP, MCSA or MCSE, ITIL, ITSM, etc.

- Client Experience Certifications such as Helpdesk Habits etc.
