A well known and very well established Semiconductor company in the automotive market is looking for an Analog ASIC Designer with experience in GaN/SiC gate drivers or bridge gate drivers to join their team. This is great opportunity for a junior Analog IC Designer with a Masters or PhD topic to join and experienced design team.  In your role as Analog ASIC Designer you will have the following responsibilities:
Analog Mixed Signal IC Design with focus on GaN/SiC gate drivers or bridge gate driversRequirements engineering and the development of ASIC concepts.Development of new, analogue functions for ASIC circuit blocks as well as new circuit concepts and processes in cooperation with internal or external partners.Coordination of solutions and procedures in the project, in the team, with customers and system architects.Development of concepts, implement circuits, analyze the technical requirements and integrate modules in innovative automotive ASICs.As the successful Analog Mixed Signal IC Designer you have the following qualifications and skills:
Completed university degree (master/diploma/doctorate) in microelectronics, communications engineering, physics, electrical engineering or a comparable course of study, preferably with a focus on semiconductor technology plus several years of professional experience in the field of ASIC development or promotion, preferably in the automotive sectorKnowledge of modern ASIC design methods; Experience with analog or mixed signal design; Knowledge of analog circuit technology with a focus on SiC, GaN-FET Gate Driver Stages; first experience in guiding several designers; Knowledge of Safety Systems or Electrified Driving Systems desirableFor more information and to apply, please click APPLY NOW to be contacted for an initial conversation based on your CV!
