They have a great culture - everybody is very socialable, friendly and passionate about what they do. Lots of knowledge sharing and chances to collaborate with different teams and people in the business.
Plenty of progression opportunities and room to grow into areas you enjoy - they discuss the progression options with you from day 1 so you know exactly what you're working towards.
