You will work within communicating on social media and trouble shooting with customers to ensure a streamline process. The role:Assisting customers with account issuesAnswering customers via social mediaHelp to build online communities and considerate engagementThe person:Experience troubleshooting with customersWorking knowledge of client-server applications (i.e firewalls IP addresses, DNS)Windows, Mac, or Linux administration is advantageous
