Company: Growing boutique consultancy (Microsoft Partner)Location: Stockholm OR GothenburgRole: Senior .NET developer/Full Stack DeveloperJob Type: Full time/Permanent We are currently working with an exciting consultancy with established footholds in both Stockholm and Gothenburg. The company have been active for around 3 years with a sister company also being established for over 12 years and have become one of Sweden's leading consultancy companies focusing on Java programming and architecture. Since starting on the Java market they saw a huge gap in their clients needs for Microsoft programming, architecture.The aim for the company is to become the go to provider of high end Microsoft based solutions to clients across Sweden following the success of its sister company and continue the fantastic reputation they have created within the market.Although a consultancy there is a specific focus by the company on it's employees with a fundamental, core value of the company being to help is employees grow, develop and enjoy everything they do. In order to reach this morale they have implemented the following:- Consultants pick their projects. If there isn't something you like the look of, no problem.
