The banks expertise and services span across Business Services, Corporate banking, Wealth Management, Group Functions, Retail and Investment Banking.On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Delivery Manager for a 6 Month contract based in remotely.Purpose of the Role:Video Communication operation introduced 2 years ago.Operation handling 150,000 calls per year across all of Regulated Advice advisers (Mortgages and Investments) Circa £1 million project As a Delivery Manager you will be responsible for:Putting in more robust infrastructure:Integrated user-based managementIntegerated Data transfer API connectivity and data transfer focussed workstreamconnected SaaS cloud solution to internal back office systemsworking with Business Owners, Business Designer, Solution architect and key SME resourcesWhat we require from the candidate:Junior Delivery Management experience - approx. 3-4 years, with experience of systems change and API integrationExperience gained managing projects with a data focusExperience managing products that are heavily database - MI/BIExperience in Saas or cloudFinancial Services ExperienceAgile and Waterfall methodologyJira and Confluencebase understanding of Development lifecycleThis client will only accept workers operating via an Umbrella or PAYE engagement model.If you are interested in applying for this position and meet the criteria outlined above, please click the link to apply and we will contact you with an update in due course.AMS, a Recruitment Process Outsourcing Company, may in the delivery of some of its services be deemed to operate as an Employment Agency or an Employment Business
