Agile Lead / Senior Scrum Master / Agile Coach - Leeds - up to £60k + 10% matched pension - 1 or 2 days in the office

Role

We are recruiting for an experienced Agile Lead to ensure the development function is embracing agile best practice, the role will be working across 5 scrum teams ensuring that Scrum Masters and Product Owners are coached effectively and practices are maintained.

We are looking for a candidate whom is passionate about agile, whom actively keeps abreast of new ways of working and opportunities for improvement.

Key skills and experience

* Experience building Agile roadmaps

* Experience of Agile, Scrum, Kanban etc

* Experience operating at an enterprise level working across multiple scrum teams
