Modis are currently looking for a Agile CoachThis is a 6 month initial contract based inside of IR35.Hybrid Remote/Warwick (will be 1 or 2 days in the office per month)Day rate up to £700pdMain Duties and ResponsibilitiesEducate, mentor and coach delivery teams on Lean Agile principles. You will be accountable for ensuring that teams are aware of their roles and responsibilities, are operating within the guardrails of the appropriate Agile framework and are applying techniques and principles in a consistent manner. SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certified 5.1 and willing to update when available.Hands-on experience participating in and training Scrum/SAFe ceremonies, such as Daily Stand Ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review/Demo, Sprint Retrospectives, Release Planning, and Program Increment (PI) Planning.Previous experience in a Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, Product Manager or Product Owner role.Deep understanding of Agile technical practices, DevOps and testing concepts (CI/CD, TDD, BDD).Strong understanding of Agile Metrics for Teams and Programs.Experience and knowledge of Jira, Jira Align, or similar ALM tools.If you are available for a new opportunity, then please submit your cv or email [email protected] International Ltd acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers in the UK.
