This multi- disciplined building services and construction company offer a variety of construction services from new build to refurbishments and pride themselves on their attention to detail and ability to deliver projects on time and to the highest standards. This company have recently hit a turnover of approx £50m and have opened a new department to deal with all new build projects. The company continue to grow and see a consistent work flow for the foreseeable future, built upon their strong client base. Due to this, they are looking for a qualified Quantity Surveyor with experience on new build projects to join their dynamic team.
In this role you will have a variety of responsibilities including but not limited to; internal review of all costs and pricing, carrying out analysis of subcontract invoices and quotations, identifying pricing variations, preparing monthly reports, cashflow management, understanding PO procedures and preparing cost estimates and bills of quantities for materials used on jobs.
Therefore, this role would ideally suit a qualified Quantity Surveyor with experience on new build projects, with the desire to progress their career and have influence on new and diverse projects.
The Role:
Quantity Surveyor
Preparing cost estimates and bills of quantities

Cashflow management forecasts
The Person:
Quantity Surveyor Degree or equivalent
