Backend Software Engineer London / WfH to £65k

Backend Software Engineer / Developer (C# .Net SQL) *Hybrid WfH*. Would you like to work on complex and interesting systems whilst gaining valuable knowledge of financial trading?

You could be joining a Global FinTech recognised as one of the UKs top employers.

As a Backend Software Engineer you'll join an Agile team using Pair Programming techniques within a highly collaborative environment; you'll work on the SaaS trading platform, helping to deliver new features and improvements with regular release cycles.

The tech stack is comprised of C# .Net, Event Driven Architectures and real-time distributed systems with high throughput and low latency. You'll gain exposure to the full software development lifecycle from refining requirements, planning, implementation through to delivery and contributing to technical discussions, choosing the right tools and technologies to design and deliver the best solution possible.

There's a remote interview / onboarding process with flexibility to work from home 2-3 days a week going forward; they have invested in a refurb of the City based offices to ensure they meet new health and safety compliance and offer a collaborative, modern working environment with all the latest kit.

Requirements:

You have commercial C# .Net backend development experience

You have a good knowledge of SQL databases

You have an understanding of Event Driven Architectures and high throughput / low latency systems

You're familiar with GitHub, Team City and / or Octopus

You're communicative, collaborative and enjoy working with others via Pair Programming and technical discussions
