Do you have a background in Manufacturing/Process Engineering? Are you from a Engineering/Manufacturing background and looking to work in a state of the art facility?

This company are a well-established manufacturer of a range of highly bespoke products that serve into a variety of industries around the globe. Due to expansion they are now looking to recruit a Manufacturing/ Process Engineer to further support this.

In this role you will report to the Product Development and Process Engineer and be heavily involved/responsible for driving Continuous Improvement, developing and refining existing processes and the introduction of new approaches aimed at improving output, process control, capability and quality.

The ideal candidate will be a Manufacturing or Process engineer with a proven background in Engineering/Manufacturing Process improvements.

This is a fantastic opportunity to transition into an exciting role with the chance to become a big part of the organisation, playing a key role in the future development of the company in a technically varied role.

The role:CI projects and process improvementsEnsuring manufacturing facility runs to full output efficiencyContribute and control manufacturing processes and proceduresShift role initially for several months (4 days one week then 3 nights the following) in order to learn product then moving to days, 37.5 hour week£60,000- £65,000 + 20% shift allowance + Holidays + Excellent BenefitsThe person:Manufacturing/Process engineerManufacturing/ Engineering experienceContinuous improvement experienceLive local or willing to commute to Southampton
