Their primary purpose is to support the Life Science industry through developing information products that effectively deliver market insights and research intelligence, resulting in more time efficient medication delivery to patients.Within this position, you will operate under the title of "Business Technology Lead" and will be tasked with the successful delivery of an incomparable technical service and will oversee effective solutions that will provide high infrastructure availability across the business.Key responsibilities of the role would include:Providing provision over solutions to ensure high infrastructure availability.Communicating with vendors and 3rd parties to support the translation of functional solutions into technical solutions.Developing the relevant documentation, consisting of functional user requirements and technical specifications, to support the project development cycle.Staying up-to-date with the emerging capabilities of AWS and Microsoft-related technologies, formulating a road map to ensure systems operate at maximum efficiency.Managing and governing AWS, Azure and M365-based environments, as well as Identity management.The clients are looking for:2+ years maintaining existing infrastructure to current standards and methodologies, working closely with the Head of Business Technology to drive performance improvementDemonstrable hands-on experience and strong knowledge of IT services, including: Networking, On-Prem infrastructure and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).Demonstrable experience with central systems, such as Azure AD, AD services and other enterprise solutionsStrong experience with MDM, EndPoint and End user support through the use of tools like Azure AD, Intune and SCCM.Experience working on Windows 10, Virtual Desktops, and messaging and collaboration technologies such as: Teams, Sharepoint and OneDrive.Experience deploying network hardware (Routing, Switching, Access Points, Patching).Excellent problem-solving capabilities, fuelled to utilise effective communication and team work to deliver excellent solutions.The position itself would be primarily remote, with one day on site in their London office.
