About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Systems Analyst looking to play a pivotal role supporting our achieving our clients' goals and infrastructure. You would join a friendly and collaborative team, who contribute significantly to the growth of the company. Reporting to the Service Desk Manager, you will use your excellent communication and IT skills to play an active part in supporting Planit clients and employees. Planit is a global company, and you will therefore be working alongside an experienced, global IT team and have exposure to a variety of work across the world. Depending on previous experience, the role will begin with basic tasks with minimal responsibility. Over time, responsibilities will increase to ownership of client emails, calls and providing remote assistance. This is a full-time position, and we would require someone immediately available for the role.


  • This role will be responsible for providing 1st level support, via our support portal and help desk system; this includes email, remote and phone support.
  • Managing tickets, reports, and day to day documentation on our environments and key infrastructure
  • Use of your excellent problem solving and Time Management skills

Essential Skills

  • 1-2 years' experience in a Technical Support role
  • Solid technical and computer skills (Windows and macOS)
  • Customer focus
  • Excellent verbal, written and telephone communication skills
  • A passion for Information Technology
  • Ability to work within a team and autonomously when required
