My client, a start-up pharmaceutical company specialising in Women and Children's health are looking for a Quality Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Head of Quality, the Quality Manager is responsible to Support the Head of Quality as a deputy, and provide leadership and management to the Quality Team so as to achieve GXP (Good Activity Practice) compliance for all GMP, GLP, GCP, GDP activities. As Quality Manager you will;Ensure that a quality management system is maintainedProvide quality support to distribution activities for active pharmaceutical ingredients and medicinal productsAssist with new product development and support new product registrationsCreate and Review Technical Agreements with 3rd Parties as requiredLead, as required, the organization through any required regulatory, customer, and external auditsPerform approval audits and provide ongoing quality support to CMO's, API manufacturers and contract laboratoriesCoordinate and participate in quality communications with CMO's (including weekly meetings, site visits and audits Education & Experience;Honours degree in a science related disciplineExperience with Sterile Manufacturing in an FDA approved site is desirableAt least 5 years' experience in a Quality role within the pharmaceutical environment The company office is based in Clonmel.
