Jefferson Frank are working with a leading partner that is seeking an experienced Technical Advisor / Architect that is currently security cleared (SC), must be valid. We are looking for a Technical Advisory specialist who will:Act as a trusted advisor to an esteemed providing a view of propositions and solutions in delivery and relating these to business goals and challengesTake a proactive role in developing proposals, thought leadership material and engaging customers directly to demonstrate value and innovation to target customersTake the lead on ensuring that solution / design related matters arising from any issues identified in operating the services are communicated to the relevant solution teams.Take the lead as required to engage customers to explain technology risk / issues related to major incidents Desirable Skills:

1. Experience of leading, delivering and agreeing proposals a client, full cycle.

2. Experience of working with public sector organisations
