Service Delivery Manager - SC Cleared - Remote

An experienced Service Delivery Manager is needed. You will be responsible for standing up and implementing the service management function for a new cloud hosting environment. In addition you will assist in managing the service delivery of information and communications technology (ICT) services.

Responsibilities:

Stand up the service management function for the new services.

Ensuring all service and support functions remain responsive to customer needs

The service catalogue and wider IT service operations knowledge library is pulled together for the new service

Reporting and service standards are put in place and met for their specific service

All technical change is communicated and managed, with appropriate governance

Continual service improvement is implemented across the wider service delivery function

Create and implement required ITIL processes

This role will be based remotely and with some occasional travel to Corsham. The contract will be for 6 months initially.
