The Role: We are recruiting 2 System Administrators to join our IT Services Infrastructure team following promotion and growth within the team. The System Administrators will have a key role in engineering Systems Admin related solutions for operational needs and progressive projects focused on innovation and continuous improvement. The Systems Administrators will report to the IT Services Infrastructure Manager and requires you to be local to our London office and attend 1/ 2 days per week. Responsibilities: Dealing with all Level 3 queries and troubleshooting effectively with a solution focused approach Research and recommend innovative and, where possible, automated approaches for system administration tasks Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis and upgrade administrative tools and utilities Configure / add new services as necessary Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning Transfer knowledge to raise general competence level of systems administrator group to ensure business continuity for service management Oversee capacity management and infrastructure optimization Assist with administrative and invoicing/cost issues and new service acquisition and growth strategies for all Frontiers offices Perform regular security monitoring to identify any intrusions About you: You will have experience and knowledge of Active Directory, Atlassian product, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 products System administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network related fields would be an advantage You have experience with scripting and automation tools Benefits With more than 50 nationalities represented in our global team, you will work regularly with teammates in other countries, and with our community of researchers, editors, and authors from around the globe.
