Are you a Quality Engineer, from an Automotive background, looking to take a leading role for a multi-billion pound organisation, where you can implement the latest quality standards and undergo industry training and development?

This is an excellent opportunity to lead the department's auditing to the highest industry level and maintain IATF-16949 certification whilst receiving investment to become an industry expert.

This industry leading company are a key manufacturer of state of the art, green technology and they have recently acquired another key organisation in their industry.

This role would suit a Quality Engineer with experience in the Automotive industry, looking for a hands on and challenging role with the opportunity to further develop your skillset.

The Role:

• Responsible for the Quality across the company, working closely with the Process Engineer
• Driving process improvements for efficiency, reducing down-time and waste
• Preparing full quality documentation to support new products
• Carrying out audits to the highest industry standards
• Liaising with internal teams and customers
• Involved with APQP reviews / discussions
• Supporting the day-to-day running of manufacturing

The Person:

• Quality focused background
• Experience working for Tier 1 / Automotive industry
• Good understanding of PPAP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF
• Ideally have experience with carrying out audits
• Looking for a hands on and involved role
