Project Manager - inside IR35 - 3 month initial - Bristol/Remote

Our client is looking for a Project Manager to lead and have responsibility for gathering business requirements, determining/agreeing project scope, planning and managing all aspects of the delivery of medium to large-sized projects that will significantly affect the organisation at the Base level in the first instance and later BU at operational level.

Responsible for:-

-Requirements formal documentation and scope sign off

-All project plans and documentation

-Project governance - business and technical

-Project reporting - business and technical

-Business engagement & ownership

-Project Change Management

-Project Change Control

-Finance sourcing and management (funding approvals)

-Budget forecasting

-GRN tracking

-Project delivery to time, cost, requirements and quality

-Key Stakeholder Management

-Project Governance including Risks and Issues

-Project objectives and benefits realisation

Experience Needed:

*Proven track record in the delivery of projects requiring the creation of large project teams with multiple elements on a cross discipline and/or multi supplier basis.

*Demonstrable experience of managing small to medium sized cross-discipline teams and will work closely with Technical Delivery Leads / external contractors / suppliers / consultants to ensure the delivery of all the E2E elements.

*Evaluates complex situations using multiple sources of information. Solution will typically require some re-planning and resource elements, potentially generating bespoke adaptations during the execution phase of the project

*Knowledge of the ESN programme and mobile networks is advantageous
