Role: Dynamics365 Lead EngineerLocation: Warwickshire (80% Remote working)Salary: Up to 75k + Up to 25% annual bonus Dynamics365 / CRM / DevOps / PowerApps / Azure / C# About the role My client is looking to appoint a Dynamics365 Lead Engineer into their CRM DevOps team, within the Corporate Applications area of Group IT. The main function of this role will be to ensure continued delivery of the Microsoft CRM Dynamics solution, by providing deep knowledge of D365 CRM, Power Platform and D365 mobile - and to work with key stakeholders to ensure the solution continues to deliver business requirements and benefits. This is an exciting time to be join this team as they continue to deliver CRM to the organisation and to embed a DevOps operating model into BAU. The role includes: Leading the design and ongoing development of the D365 CRM solution, by collaborating with various teams to deliver change via an agile delivery methodology.Leading the technical delivery of CRM releases, managing solution packages, deployment and owning the branch and merge strategy.Delivering prioritised functional and non-functional change; review new features/updates and assess for impact and benefit across all aspects of the end-to-end solution.Recommending enhancements, designs and improvements to the performance, security and integrity of the CRM application and its data, as further business requirements are identified.Utilising deep D365 and Power platform knowledge to support the resolution of incidents/problems raised against the CRM service (holding 3rd parties to account, where required), in order to meet Service Level Agreements within an ITIL FrameworkWorking with the Platform Architect, track the Microsoft product roadmap, to ensure ongoing stability and performance of the service, including assessment of benefits to meet business requirements.Undertake D365 application configuration and administration duties, as required.Ensure compliance with the SSDLC, agreed quality, governance, processes and standardsApprove and/or maintain application/service related documentation, to ensure consistency and no single-point of expertiseCoaching & mentoring team members and wider colleagues on the technical skills required to improve their competency & qualityDelivering short term/one off projects as required by and to the standards and outcomes agreed with Line Manager You should have experience with: MS D365 (CE) design, development, code management and platform/telemetry monitoring; Microsoft/Azure integration tools, Power Apps, Javascript, C#, SQL server, the Azure platform.IT software development and methodologies, within a controls based framework, including the use of automation and continuous integration tools, such as Microsoft DevOps and Subversion/Jira.A fast-paced DevOps environment (agile/scrum delivery) and be flexible in approach to work environment and responsibilities.Working collaboratively and as a strong team player on a day-to-day basis, but also be able to work individually as required.Complying with team, department and company policy and procedure You should have:ITIL awareness (desirable) Qualifications/Other InformationRelevant Microsoft technical accreditation/s - CRM D365 development; Azure5 GCSEs including Maths and EnglishAn Information Technology related degree, or equivalent industry experience. Candidates may have to work some weekends and out of hours, on a rota basis.
