A lot of their clients are in the infrastructure sector so they are looking for a Working Foreman with extensive experience in construction to help supervise the trades and labour as well as help out with concreting, earthworks, steel shuttering and excavations. They offer a premium construction service across their medium-large scale projects. Due to their success and increased workload, they are looking for multiple Working Foremen that can meet the higher demand and take them to the next stages of success. The company actively encourage the development of their staff and pride themselves on a dynamic and supportive culture. The role:

• Supervision of trades and labour
• Planning labour and materials
• Making sure trades and labour are H&S focussed
• Getting stuck in with the team to complete the work
• Liaising with Site Manager on a regular basis
• If works aren't going as plan, need to be able to explain why this is the case.
• Specifically looking at concreting, earthworks, excavations and steel rebar / shuttering

The Person:

• CSCS Card, SSSTS/SMSTS, First aid
• Extensive onsite construction experience
• Infrastructure and earthworks experience
• Piling experience preferable
• Available immediately ideally
