Our Scottish based client is currently searching for a Senior Packaging Engineer to be responsible for the design, development, qualification and implementation of semiconductor and final product packaging solutions. The role will involve researching new and existing technologies and to develop semiconductor packaging road-maps for the company products. Developing packaging processes and interpreting customer requirements will be an important part of the role. Required skills for the Senior Packaging Engineering will include:Strong semiconductor packaging experienceExperience of scaling packaging solutions from concept to production in a fabless environmentStrong communication and time management skillsDegree qualified in Electronics / Chemical Engineering or equivalent with proven experience in Packaging engineeringPlease contact Rachel Anderson for further details.
