Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage several projects at once
  • Work with team to ensure the project is within budget and on time
  • Hold ongoing meetings with team to discuss the progress of the project, including updates, risks, and any issues
  • Strong analysis skills to drive insights from data and make business recommendations
  • Integrate business needs and technology solutions for clients


  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve conflict
  • Work closely with the Technical Lead to ensure the business requirements are accurately translated into technical requirements, and the team has all the information required to action
  • Ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies
  • Ability to effectively facilitate meetings and demonstrate consensus-building skills
  • Salesforce Certifications (Preferred)
  • Experience with NPSP or working with Nonprofit Clients
  • Experience at a Salseforce Partner (Preferred)
