Blockchain Technology BA/PM Project Manager -  Solidity Ethereum - Investment Bank

Blockchain/ Smart Card knowledge / Experience ESSENTIAL

Proven experience in BA and PM tasks and activities in a Primary/Front Office environment,

Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills

Understanding of Blockchain technology & Smart Contract such as Ethereum / Solidity.

Experience in the full Primary lifecycle. Strong and comprehensive Primary Markets knowledge

Strong Visio (UML, Data Modelling), Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Jira and Confluence, Team city skills

DAML experience desriable

Certification training in BA, QA, PM or Dev highly desirable

Rigorous, Dynamic, detail oriented fast learning capacity and able to work in high pressure environment

Confident numeracy and solid academic background in engineering, sciences or economics.

As part of new initiative to issue Securities on Blockchain, the bank is looking for a Senior BA/PM to lead IT team in charge of implementing new security tokenisation platform.  Successful candidate will work on building the application and integrate within the infrastructure, in partnership with an external IT provider. This will cover all projects stages (requirements gathering, solution design, build, test and go-live)

Managing IT implementation of this complex project which will demand coordination across business,  technology, Quants, Research, Architecture, Infrastructure and Support teams

Delivering following artifacts:

Business, Technical and Functional requirements

Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs

In coordination with Dev & quants team, assess smart contract development needed to meet requirements

Lead IT & architecture review of target set-up. This means liaising with various IT, architecture & compliance departments for approval of the solution

Coordinate with third party vendor during the whole project lifecycle

UAT Test Plans

Testing Scripts

Traceability Matrix

User Documentation

Experience of working in an rapid changing environment

Supporting QA and Production Support/UAT teams to ensure thorough understanding of requirements as well as providing advice or clarification on any issue raised during test cycles

Triaging the defect raised during test cycle
