Job Title: Information Security ManagerLocation: London (Hybrid)Salary: £75,000 to £85,000 per annumJob Type: Full Time, PermanentAbout the role:This is an excellent career opportunity for an experienced, dynamic and collaborative Information Security Manager. The successful candidate will establish continual improvement in our information security and cyber security controls and drive compliance with Cyber Essential Plus and ISO27001. The role reports directly to the Chief Information Officer and will also work closely with our Group Chief Information Security Officer. The Information Security Manager will have responsibility across all SYNLAB's business in the UK and Ireland, including Viapath, SYNLAB's joint venture partnership with Guy's and St Thomas' and King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trusts, so experience of working with complex and highly regulated organisations is essential. Your stakeholder management skills will be equally as important as your knowledge of information security controls.About you/ Experience Required:Educated to degree level or higher Information security qualification: CISSP, CISM or CISASignificant experience in an information security role in a complex organisationGood knowledge of IT security controls and related frameworks, e.g. NISTExperience of implementing Cyber EssentialsPlusExperience of implementing ISO27001Strong communication and influencing skillsStrong stakeholder and relationship managementAbout Us:SYNLAB UK & Ireland work closely with clinicians, hospitals, occupational health providers and clinical researchers to provide a complete pathology offering.We operate in increasingly diverse environments which is reflected in our workforce, clients, customers, suppliers, communities and partners.
