Carbon Consultant (Rail)

Home Based Role

£65,000 - £75,000 + Private Medical + Bonus + Pension + Holidays + Benefits

On offer is an excellent opportunity to have a direct impact on the development of sustainable carbon reduction across the rail sector.

This well-established company provide extensive support across the rail sector in the UK to improve safety and sustainability for mass transport. They are assisting in fundamental changes in the transition of British Rail.

In this role you will be influencing decision making processes for government bodies and companies from across the rail sector to have a direct impact on carbon levels. You will have technical input into their processes but also hold key relationships with multiple stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a background in consulting on carbon in the transport sector. They will have a true desire to affect the environmental impact from the rail industry in the UK as a crucial form of mass transport as infrastructure continues to grow.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual to aid a key component of rail transformation in the UK.

The role:

*Building relationships with key stakeholders

*Influencing and consulting on carbon plans

*Technical support for environmental impact

*Home based role with London travel required

*Carbon and environmental consulting background in transport

*Management of multiple stakeholders

*Technical understanding of carbon impact and air pollution

*Passionate about environmental issues wanting to make a change
