Role: B2B Senior Java Software Developer (Remote)Opportunity type: Contract/B2B/FreelanceContract length: 12 months + possible extensionFRG consulting is extremely pleased to bring to you this B2B Contract opportunity for an experienced Java Software developer looking for a challenging project.What will you do:

Work on an implementation of a unified data strategy to be adopted by the various engineering teams based upon the firm's data platforms, with the appropriate governance and controls for protecting the firm's and clients' data.

Be involved in building the next generation of systems on AWS in which you'll get exposure to AWS S3, Athena, Redshift, Snowflake, EMR and more.

Skills and experience we're looking for:

* Experience in Java development & Relational Databases

* A clear understanding of data structures, algorithms, software design and core programming concepts

* Knowledge of relational and columnar SQL databases, including database design
