UP TO £65,000One of UK's leading independent real estate consultancies is looking for a Data Scientist to join their London team. Due to the rapid growth of the data and analytical capabilities within the organisation, an exciting position has opened up!You will be encouraged to look at new ways to analyse data, bringing the vision, spontaneity, and confidence to contribute ideas that gain traction with the clients. The role will require someone who has a very strong data modelling background, experience with using softwares such as Python, R, Alteryx, and SQL, Microsoft Azure exposure would also be beneficial.

Responsibilities:To use in-depth knowledge of analytical methods to problem-solveDevelop machine learning approaches which forecast real estate phenomenaSupport with the development of propensity models for key customers and demographicsTo be able to advise other parties on best practice regarding data analysisDevelop and productionise models quantifying property characteristics and market performanceExtend insight capabilities through techniques such as ML and deep learningTo work closely with the Data Engineering function on data preparation and ETL tasksTo be able to disseminate findings to a range of internal and external stakeholdersInterested?
