SAP Test Lead - Hybrid role -6 month contract- £600 pd - Large company! SAP Test LeadContract: 6 months (with likely extension)Location: Hybrid - SolihullRate: £600 Inside IR35 Role Description:You will work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and will be driven to find better, faster, more effective ways of delivery and value to the projects you are working on. This is a fast-paced environment where you will have the chance to grow and build upon your existing knowledge and ability.You will be responsible for designing, configuring and supporting automation solutions. You will be responsible for understanding SAP Functional Modules requirements, documenting processes, developing and even testing automation solutions and supporting the solutions as needed.Successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: Understanding of Utilities business, UK Energy markets and transmission businessHas SAP Functional Modules (FI, SD, ISU, SuccessFactors) in S4 Hana & ECC testing experienceReview of SAP requirements, specifications and technical design documents to help provide feedback and effort estimationsCreation of detailed, comprehensive and well-structured SAP Test Strategy design and plansSupport development and execution of automation scripts within sprint teamsEffective defect management through JIRALiaise with internal and vendor teams (e.g. developers, solution architects and project managers) to identify system requirements and operationsAdhere to set quality engineering principles and direction; works with business stakeholders and influences overall strategy and use of testing capabilitiesTakes an active role in mentoring junior test resourcesPrepares and presents project-level communications for senior stakeholders Qualifications and skills required for this role:At least 10+ years of experience working in the technology industry with 3+ years in SAP (ISU {Utilities}, SuccessFactors, FI, S4 Hana) roles.Ideal candidate will have experience with Real Estate and Project Systems modules in SAPExperience working in complex quality assurance teams as part of a large multi-year, business-critical technology programStrong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processesThorough knowledge of Agile software delivery models (Kanban, Scrum, etc.)Good team-working and quick learning skillsHighly developed oral and written communication skills; strong presentation skills Like how it sounds?
