Dynamics CRM / 365 CE & Power Platform Administrator Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platforms / Customisation & Configuration / London / £45KThis is a great opportunity to work for a London based non for profit organisation. Working with the latest technology that Microsoft have with Dynamics CRM & D365 CE. With the Power Platforms being the latest technology you will be working closely with CRM suppliers to resolve issues and problems and to see through new development work. This is a key role in managing and administering activities around Dynamics CRM, coordinating/resolving support tickets, upgrade initiatives, and developing new and maintaining existing work flows and plugins within the system. Responsibilities-. Administer and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 on a daily basis.. Support troubleshooting and incident resolution with suppliers.. Support design and configure changes to work flows, reports.. Identifying new opportunities and driving the organisation to optimise CRM platform. Responsible for monitoring, performance optimisation, security, maintenance and managing of users of Dynamics CRM. Respond in a timely fashion to end user's needs, analyse/resolve support tickets relating to business applications and general systems issues. Train, instruct and educate groups and individuals in a team environment on processes within the CRM. Partake in UAT testing. Support in reviewing, assessing and prioritising requests for improvement/ new development with IT solutions analyst and any other stakeholders that may need to be involved.
